During THQ’s final hours, a little-known company called Nordic Games snapped up the rights to Darksiders, along with Red Faction and MX vs ATV, for $4.9million. Recently the company spoke to Joystiq about the situation, and how they really want to create a fantastic third Darksiders game, ideally with the original team.
Darksiders is comparatively big compared to the usual games the 15-man Austrian team usually put out, so the studio realise they need help making a worthy sequel. “"Darksiders is really big. We know we need a partner for that. An established development team that can pull out such a big action adventure. We obviously talked to former team members and, if they are free, we want to somehow involve them.
